November 12 - Level I (Day 1) covers Reiki basics: practice, theory, and history. It will teach you to use Reiki for yourself, friends, family, and animals.
November 13 - Level II (Day 2) covers more intricate details of Reiki practice, including Reiki symbols and sending Reiki to a different place or time.

Reiki, or "spiritually guided life force energy" as it translates, is a healing art that gently supports the body's natural ability to heal itself. It is used for physical, emotional, and spiritual healing and is often a very relaxing experience for those who receive it. This experience blends Reiki with hand massage. Reiki with hand massage is a powerful combination, as our hands are often overused and exhausted. Reiki and massage can help restore and rejuvenate them to allow us to more effectively and comfortably interact with the world around us.
CranioSacral Therapy
CranioSacral Therapy uses a gentle hands-on technique to relieve deep tension and restrictions in the body. This can reduce pain and dysfunction, and improve whole-body health and performance. During a typical session, the practitioner will work with the client's body to discover any tension that is ready to be let go. The practitioner facilitates the letting-go process by using subtle movements that allow gentle releases and that bring the body into a position of alignment and health.

CranioSacral Therapy uses a gentle hands-on technique to relieve deep tension and restrictions in the body. This can reduce pain and dysfunction, and improve whole-body health and performance. During a typical session, the practitioner will work with the client's body to discover any tension that is ready to be let go. The practitioner facilitates the letting-go process by using subtle movements that allow gentle releases and that bring the body into a position of alignment and health.

At this level, one commits to integrating the Reiki ideals into everyday life, allowing Reiki to master them (not the other way around).
