Usui Reiki is a Japanese healing art that supports the body’s natural ability to heal itself.

Level I (Day 1) covers Reiki basics: practice, theory, and history. It will teach you to use Reiki for yourself, friends/family, & animals.

Level II (Day 2) covers more intricate details of Reiki practice, including Reiki symbols and sending Reiki to a different place or time.
