Breathwork is our oldest and easiest healing modality within our very own bodies. The first thing we do when we come into this world is breathe in, and the last thing we do when we leave it, is breathe out. Breath is what sustains us and is the most natural thing we do. If we let it, breath can also be what heals us from the inside out.
During a typical session you will be led into a deep state of relaxation triggering your body’s parasympathetic nervous system, or rather, your brain will ignite the “rest and relax” response signaling your mind, body, and soul to feel and release rather than avoid and bury. The breathing begins and you are led through a personal journey into an altered state of consciousness. You will be able to feel your way through breath by breath, releasing and letting go of what is no longer serving you. Stressors, traumas, and daily triggers will be revealed to you as you are ready for them so that you may process them in a healthy, safe way. Your breathwork continues as your mind expands and reveals answers to questions, life purposes, next steps, and Universal intentions. You will spend some time here getting to know yourself again, as well as receiving and absorbing the infinite and beautiful love from source. Once the active breathing portion comes to an end, we will work to slow and steady the breath until you are in your own natural flow giving you a sense of total lightness and immense FREEDOM!
