New to yoga or feeling yoga curious? Are you afraid you don’t know the basics? This class is very beginner friendly and judgement free. We will introduce you and your body to the beauty of yoga at a slow, introductory pace. All levels are welcome to join. Offered every Monday evening at 6:30 pm.
