I started as a stay-at-home mom of 6; for 30 years. At 52 yrs of age, the stress of raising kids, repetitive housework and working on the farm took its toll. I knew I needed to focus on me to get my health back. Massage helped me and I decided I wanted to help others. I practice massage as I would like to receive it. Incorporating several varieties of modalities; Swedish massage, deep tissue, cupping, energy work, stretching and stones. I like to work with the full body, chakras and meridians to help redirect energy flow to restore the body, mind and soul so it has balance and harmony.
