Usui Reiki with Crystal Adams

FOR LEVEL I CLASS: Saturday 10:30 am-4:30 pm

Usui Reiki is a Japanese healing art that supports the body’s natural ability to heal itself. It is a gentle technique that can have many benefits, including reduced anxiety, increased well-being, improved sleep, and more.

This class will cover the fundamentals of Reiki, including basic practice, theory, and history. It will teach you to use Reiki for yourself, friends and family, and animals.

*If you plan to offer Reiki as a healing service, it is recommended that you complete at least Level 2 class.

FOR LEVEL II CLASS: Sunday 10:30 am-4:30 pm

This class will cover the use of symbols for empowerment, physical & emotional healing, and distance work.

*If you plan to offer Reiki as a healing service, it is recommended that you complete at least Level 2 class.

$150 per class

$300 for Both Classes (included in price is the book and poster)

 Limited to 8 - 10 people 

Plan for a snack/meal break. Some light snacks, tea and water are available. You may bring your own, there is fridge, microwave and stove available. Meals can be provided upon request for an additional cost. Class last about 6 hours, with a break for lunch/snack.

 We have plenty of space to allow for hands on practice. If you are concerned and would prefer we offer distance practice via facebook, zoom or a similar platform of your choosing.
