Reiki is a simple energy healing technique that teaches you to share ki, or life force energy (also known as chi) to help yourself and others heal. Reiki is a technique that anyone can learn. No background knowledge or experience is needed.

Level II Reiki covers more intricate details of Reiki practice, including Reiki symbols and sending Reiki to a different place or time.
