In this informative and fun-filled class, Chef Peter serves as your guide to help you discover the benefits of preparing your own smoothies or meals on a regular basis. Chef Peter will demonstrate making the smoothies and wrap while sharing information on the health benefits of the ingredients. Samples will be served and there will be a Q&A time at the end of the class.
