YOGA INFUSED WITH THAI MASSAGE

Class focuses on functional movement and the foundation of balance and stability (core and centeredness). Slowing it down, use of bolsters and props to support from the ground up. Targeting Individual needs and abilities during the class so each student can work on what they need to feel better in various poses. No one is left behind, to figure it out on their own. We hold poses longer and use education as well as meditation to build your yoga and wellness practice. This is a great class for beginners or those wanting to get a great foundation for balance and flexibility by completely letting go of any tension or resistance in the body and mind.
