Samantha Bayless

Mindful Yoga

Samantha Bayless has a passion for helping people make and reach sustainable health goals. She does this through massage, personal training, educating, and referring clients to other professionals when necessary.  Samantha will offer guidance to a client to find the best individual health and wellness team.  Samantha helps clients to focus on balance, flexibility, stability, and improving functional movement.

Sam’s class focuses on functional movement and the foundation of balance and stability (core and centeredness). Slowing it down, with the use of bolsters and props to support from the ground up. Targeting individual needs and abilities during the class so each student can work on what they need to feel better in various poses. No one is left behind to figure it out on their own. We hold poses longer and use education as well as meditation to build your yoga and wellness practice. This is a great class for all levels.
