Thai Stretching $125-150 (90-120 mins)
1:1 yoga $50 (60-75 mins)
Yoga with Taylor
5:30 pm HipHop Power Flow - an upbeat class with current pop music that will get your hearts pumping and your bodies moving! We add fluid movements to our yoga poses to activate and engage our bodies. Our Movement during class creates change by releasing stagnant fluid and stored cellular trauma. This class is great for the yogi that wants a vibrant class environment! Intermediate to Advance Levels.
Yoga with Barb
7:30 am class is centered around power, strength and flowing salutations. This class is great to help you release the stress of the day. Blending the philosophy of yoga, yin, Qi Gong, flow and many other styles of yoga to meet the needs and goals of the individual students. Intermediate to Advance Levels
Yoga with Amber
9:00 am "Rise & Shine" class is for anyone who may be totally new to yoga or is wanting a basic flow class. Together we will explore fundamental yoga poses, movement using our breath (slow vinyasa), how to calm our minds and brighten our spirits. All levels are welcome.
