This class focuses on functional movement and the foundation of balance and stability (core and centeredness). Slowing it down, with the use of bolsters and props to support from the ground up. We will be targeting individual needs and abilities during the class so each student can work on what they need to feel better in various poses.
No one is left behind, to figure it out on their own! We hold poses longer and use education and meditation to build your yoga and wellness practice.
