Policy

Any services at AHHA is for the purpose of self-care, pain relief, stress reduction, relief from muscular tension or spasm or for increasing circulation. 

We do not diagnose illness, disease or any other physical or mental disorder. Nor do we prescribe medical treatment nor perform any spinal manipulations. AHHA is not a substitute for medical examination and/or diagnosis and that it is recommended that you see a physician for any physical ailments that you may have to safely participate in classes, workshops, or other activities. 

Please practice mindfully and enjoy the many benefits of practicing at AHHA, with Samantha Bayless, and/or guest instructors/facilitators. 

Cancellation/No Show Policy

Massage and Reiki:
If the client cannot make it to his/her scheduled massage appointment or cancel with at least a 24-hour notice, client will be charged a $35 cancellation/reschedule fee, if using a gift card or package, it will be voided.

AHHA may consider the client a “No Show” if he/she is more than 15 minutes late for his/her appointment and his/her spot could be given to the next available client; otherwise, late arrivals will only receive the remaining time for their massage and it will end at the scheduled time. 

The client shall timely reschedule appointments if he/she is experiencing cold, flu, or fever symptoms.

Yoga and All Other Classes:
If the client cannot make it to his/her scheduled (booked online) class appointment or cancel with at least a 24-hour notice, client will be charged a $10 cancellation/reschedule fee. When using a gift card, it will be voided, or pre-paid class, it will not be refunded.
